Yoga with Christina B.

Hello my name is Christina. My focus is quality. I will take the time to make sure you’re happy and work with you on all the goals you want to meet. I use props such as, blocks, straps, and chairs to assist with stretching exercises. I’m a certified yoga instructor through Yoga Alliance. I received my yoga teacher training from YogaWorks in Los Angeles, a five star rated yoga teacher training. I’ve been having a consistent practice on my own in Ashtanga yoga for 5 years. I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Dance. I’ve been studying and been a performer for over 20 years. I also do private sessions in strength training. I work with people of all sizes, ages, and fitness levels. I hope to work with you in the future!
