Christopher Schwartz GUITAR LESSONS Christopher has been touring/performing, composing, recording, producing, and teaching full time for over 3 decades now. Chris was drawn to music at a very young age and as he describes it, “Music is my life” Christopher wanted to have the ability to move people in that very same way that I’ve felt since my childhood. Christopher’s musical style can be described as having a Classic Rock vibe to it while incorporating elements of Metal, Blues, Progressive as well as Modern Country into the mix. Whether Chris is doing session work, touring or teaching perfection is key and wants to give back and share his skills and passion for the instrument for the next generation of young musicians. Growing up Christopher was born into a musical family which were quite accomplished musicians. Christopher began his touring life at the young age of 13, playing in a popular cover band with his older brother. Chris was offered a full-time touring gig a few years later which he’s spent 15+ years showcasing his craft to audiences all around the world. However, It was always a labor of love for Chris. Although he put in a massive amount of time on the instrument, on stage, and in the studio, he said that it never felt like work. It was always fun and it is just what he has always wanted to do! Christopher has kept busy as a working musician and has been Seen/Heard on numerous special events for Viacom, MTV, Nickelodeon, Macy’s & Google. Also various clubs, theaters, college universities, weddings, sporting events for Philadelphia Eagles, New York Jets & Baltimore Ravens, Philadelphia Union also many season openers for the Philadelphia Phillies. Christopher has also shared the stage with Superstars such as Kenny Chesney, Switchfoot, Tonic, Blues Traveler, Coolio, Sweet, Reel Big Fish, Dropkick Murphy’s, Edwin Mccain & Sublime. Chris has also played alongside talented musicians from Marc Martel, Chic, Lenny Kravitz, Kid Rock, Foghat, Outloud, Kingston & Greystarr, Billy Joel, House of Lords, Rainbow, Punky Meadows, Steelheart, Starz and Lenny Kravitz. Christopher has artist endorsement deals from Suhr guitars and amplifiers, Heil Sound microphones and Jim Dunlop Products has also was a finalist in Grape Street Philadelphia guitar competition in the mid 2000’s Everyone gets treated differently, depending on your preferred style, goals & progress ahead of the time, you’ll get your own dedicated lesson, to grow from a beginner to an advanced player.
