I have been composing, performing and teaching for over 20 years. In that time I have learned that each student learns in their own way and as such my lessons are designed for each particular student. Whether they are young or old my students always get a personalized experience that is both educational and fun. Many of my current students have been with me for years and I truly enjoy seeing how each of them has grown in that time.

*Serving Eastern Queens and Western Nassau County* My passion for music started when I was 10 years old and began taking lessons at that age and I haven't stopped since. I have been a professional musician and songwriter for over 20 years and began teaching private students in Eastern Queens and Nassau County in 1996. I also worked at Catalano Music from 1996-2017 where I gave lessons as well as handled NYSSMA related music and issues and am well experienced in guiding students who participate in NYSSMA to success. All of my lessons are geared toward the needs and wants of the individual students and many of my students have been with me for years. I look forward to the opportunity of helping my students achieve their goals and dreams.

When COVID first hit I didn't want to stop lessons for my son with Chris. So we switched to online and I couldn't be more happy. I was nervous at first but it's been close to two years now and between the ease of scheduling and the fact that we do a lesson even if we aren't home really helps with scheduling the rest of our family activities. Chris is patient and incredibly knowledgeable about the guitar and music in general. My son LOVES him and has so much fun and is becoming quite the little musician himself I HIGHLY recommend Chris as a teacher.

Chris is an awesome teacher I’ve been with Chris 9 years now from the first lesson he has made me feel very comfortable the way he explains very thing makes it so easy to learn I would recommend him to anyone that wants to learn an instrument
