Violin with Catherine P.

I started taking piano lessons at age 4 and violin at age 8. Classically trained on the Suzuki method, I have years of experience with solo performance, orchestral work, small ensembles, and professional gigs. I began teaching private lessons on violin in 2009, and my students have ranged from 4 to 68 years old. My credits include numerous leadership positions as concertmaster, assistant concertmaster, and principal second violin in school and community orchestras, including Maitland Middle School, Winter Park High School, Florida Young Artist's Orchestra, UCF Symphony Orchestra, and the Great Woods Chamber Orchestra. I was invited to perform at the Midwest Conference and Carnegie Hall in 2006 and 2007.
