    I love teaching students of all ages and levels. Working with new students and seeing them improve their technique, tone, and musicality, is a joy for me! The violin is a beautiful and difficult instrument to master. With a good teacher, you can reach the playing level you desire and quickly acquire necessary skills you will utilize for a lifetime of violin playing.

    Carrie was my teacher for many years while I was growing up and she is the reason I am still able to play after about a decade long break! She was extremely professional and was very diligent in shaping my posture and technique. We played a variety of music, mainly classical, but I remember getting to play a lot of fun songs. Carrie is a firm but encouraging instructor and I am really grateful for all that she has taught me.

    My kids really enjoy their lessons with Carrie. She is very patient with our kids but she also challenges them to help them excel. She is also great at making sure our kids learn proper techniques and break bad habits. I highly recommend her.

    Carrie was hands-down the best private lesson tutor I ever had in my 6 year journey with violin in middle school and high school. She is incredibly patient and kind while also very skilled and clear in her instruction. Anyone would be lucky to find Carrie to help them on their musical journey!
