Caroline brings fun, engaging instruction 

Through fun vocal exercises, physical warm-ups and songs, children learn healthy vocal technique and performance skills, while improving musicality, pitch, diction and posture.
 

Caroline believes in "full body" singing and teaches her students to think of their whole bodies as an instruments. They learn to connect the meaning of their words to the music and find it exciting to discover how difficult phrases become easy when approached with confidence and intention.


She works to create a positive environment that encourages confidence, creativity and an eagerness to take risks, in hopes that these skills will benefit her students in all aspects of their lives.

Hi there! I am a professional actress and voice/acting coach in New York City.  Most recently, I was seen in the Broadway National tour of the Tony Award winning musical FUN HOME. Currently, I'm teaching full time in Manhattan (running Kids Voice NYC), where I work with kids and teens all over the city, ranging from beginner to professional. 

While I specialize in working with kids and have developed an engaging curriculum for young singers, I also have experience working with adults and a provide a wealth of tools to help students at any age. I also teach acting lessons and do college audition coaching. Whether you want to learn to sing, brush up on your technique, prepare for an audition, or find new material, I am here to help!

Caroline is a dynamic teacher who immediately made a difference in our daughter’s singing. Shelby became more confident and got her passion back after working with Caroline. She knows how to work with kids of all ages and has a talent for connecting with her students. She is by far the best voice coach our daughter has had. We love Caroline!

During our coaching session for an upcoming audition, I couldn't believe the improvement in her voice from beginning of the lesson to the end! Caroline helped her have a better understanding of the character's intention so the song had more personality and purpose. I didn't realized the difference that could make in the sound of her voice, but she sounded so much better and felt more confident after the lesson. We were thrilled with the results when she got the role!
