Piano

Beginner

As a professional music and movement teacher my passion is bringing out the love of music and expression in young learners. I want to make every piano lesson I teach fun and engaging. It's not just about piano for me, it's about getting young musicians excited about this kind of creative expression. 

And because I am a general music teacher I'm happy to extend the piano lessons beyond piano to basic percussion instruments (drums, boomwhackers, xylophones, etc) and to easy vocal music. It's all about getting kids excited about music in all it's forms.

I've been a musician almost my entire life, and started playing the piano when I was 8 years old. I am trained on the piano and also in vocal music. I began teaching in 2016 and am currently a TK-2 Music and Movement teacher at Vallecito Elementary School in Terra Linda. 

Music and creative expression is my passion and I absolutely love being able to share it with young learners. I'm all about looking out for my student's needs and make sure every kid I work with is able to shine with their brightest light.
