Billy has been performing, composing and teaching music for over 10 years. With education from different colleges, experience teaching at various music schools, as well as plenty of on-stage experience, Billy brings his own sense of musicality to his lessons with aims to not only educate in the matter of music theory but also make sure the lessons are fun for his students as well. His instrument expertise are in piano, synthesizer, acoustic/electric guitar, bass guitar, voice, and composing/arranging music. The lessons vary in such subjects of instrument mastery, composing, ear-training, music reading, performance, improvising and much much. Billy's style is more introspective and about not only understanding music theory but about how our musical world relates to it. The understanding of music is just as important as learning how to play it. He is a working professional music often performing across California with different musical ensembles at various types of events.
