I have been playing Bass Guitar and Singing professionally for 16 years, I know how to play Rock, Blues, Metal, Funk, Reggae, Jazz, Classical, Pop, Country, Hip Hop, Rap, R&B, Bossa Nova, Samba, Reggaeton, Merengue, Salsa, Ska, and any other style you can imagine. Ear training and listening to music critically are the main techniques I teach. Learning Scales, and arpeggios, and various technical excercises are very important but if you can't hear the music properly you can't play it properly. Ear trading is the reason why I can play virtually any style of music. I teach my students how to listen first above all else.

I have been playing bass guitar for 18 years, I currently play in Boyband Review Chicago, we are a touring band. I have my Bachelor’s degree in Jazz Studies. I love hard rock, metal, classic rock, ska, Reggae, Punk, Funk, Jazz, Pop, Motown, etc. I love teaching theory with a Pop/Rock sensibility.
