I Start my career as a Chef with Hyatt Regency a Five start hotel in India and started cooking on Hibachi Grill and always enjoyed cooking in front of guest and talking to them. In Hyatt I learned how to make sushi, sashimi, Thai cuisine, Italian cuisine. I have got a chance to work in a Chinese Kitchen in Taj Hotel in India and learned Chinese cuisine. I worked under Iron chef Morimoto in his restaurant wasabi By Morimoto in The Taj Mumbai, I learned a lot from him. I went to Taj Coromandel Kerela, india from the The Taj Mumbai to teach their chefs how to cook on hibachi grill in 2005. I got married and came to US in 2005 Oct.
Cooking is my passion and I love to teach Indian cuisine to the beginners and intermediates. I can teach in a way that is easy and simple and also tasty. I started teaching small children and friends and colleagues at my home for fun from 2016.
