I played the flute competitively in Kansas high school and collegiate ensembles and have since played in community concert bands. I can help your child (typically grade 5 thru early high school) learn the essentials necessary to play flute by expanding on what they are learning at school and/or developing our own lesson plans to meet individual goals. I am kind and patient and I want your child to end each lesson feeling good about themselves, able to track their progress, and hopefully having had fun in the process!
