I am an experienced drummer in the Dallas area. I've participated in various aspects of school symphonic bands, marching bands, jazz bands, and more recently, contemporary church bands. I can read and teach drum notation, rhythmic theory, time signatures, rudiments, as well as how to apply all that to playing the drums in a practical way. I would love to help you cultivate your abilities!

My name is Anthony, and I've been playing drums for about 12 years now. I was a percussionist in school symphonic and orchestral environments, as well as a tenor player in a top performing marching band with Rowlett High School. Since then, most of my experience has been playing drums in churches in the Dallas area. I can help young students work on reading music and preparing for competitions, as well as helping adults learn a new skill for fun. Music has always been a source of joy in my life and I would love to help cultivate that gift in you or your children.

Anthony is a patient and masterful teacher, a wonderful communicator, and natural in the process of breaking things down in a way that the student needs to understand. Highly recommended!

Anthony is not only an incredible and knowledgable drummer, but an all around great guy who knows how to communicate effectively.  He's very warm, patient, welcoming, and easy to talk to. This guy has explained a lot of things to me in very easy to understand terms and has never once made me feel dumb for my lack of knowledge.

Great knowledge of the drums, and was able to translate that knowledge into his teaching. Good for beginner or advanced drummers. Patient with his students, and easy to learn from. I have become a better drummer since i started taking lessons!

Anthony was a very patient and thorough teacher. Having never drummed before in my life, I wanted to quickly escalate to more difficult routines, but Anthony knew that if I didn't master the basics, then there would be issues later on.

Anthony is thorough and a very good communicator, I would recommend him as a drum instructor for sure!
