As a former division one soccer player which also includes years of club level, semi-professional and professional level playing experience, I am passionate about teaching athletes the proper way to train. I spend a great amount of time focusing on the details of building a strong foundation. I bring lots of passion and effort to teaching this sport and expect the same level of effort from athletes. I like to think of training sessions as more of a team effort and therefore as team-members we can't let each other down. It is rewarding to watch players develop in a relative short amount of time which further encourages them to continue working hard. The reward of improving is an amazing motivation tool. As the athlete continues to improve they build confidence. They earn that confidence through their hard work and this translates into athletes trusting themselves in matches and in pressure situations. Learning how to build confidence through sports translates to all areas of life.
