Parkour with Andrew C.

Parkour is an artistic discipline that has helped me become more self-aware. I have learned how to expand my limitations by turning obstacles into opportunities, and that fear is only a whisper to suppress potential. I find that true strength is when you feel strong, even though you may still be learning a few things. When I formally got into parkour around 2007 I recognized I needed to share this with others. It is my goal to strategically develop your body, mind and spirit through the medium of parkour, so that when challenges arise, you won't be fighting against yourself. I love breaking down complex movements into simple, understandable steps, and I have confidence that you will accomplish something you may have never thought possible. I like to offer private lessons as a way to help you identify your goals, and set you on the right path to accomplish them. I also have group classes and rates available.
