I am a former three-year collegiate softball pitcher and long time coach of beginner and intermediate players. I am a current senior at University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. I am a graduate of Milwaukee Lutheran High School where I carry 9 school records in softball and recognized for my scholar-athletic achievement.
Pitching and catching students, no matter what level of experience, can expect to improve every lesson. Each pitcher is different in form and style, it is playing to those strengths and adjusting to potential weaknesses. I will be able to analyze form and technique for pitchers to be the best possible they can be. Catchers will also develop skills in the areas of setting up, recognizing pitches and blocking. Catchers will work with live pitching and scenarios to develop confidence behind the plate. Fielding and hitting students of all levels can expect to receive a foundation in the fundamentals of softball and to improve upon the skills in footwork, base coverage, and range.
As a 13 year softball veteran, I have seen all stages of development and have gathered the knowledge of coaching from my former coaches and teammates. My focus for clients is to encourage proper form and the foundation of softball skills. While my specialization is in pitching, I work with all areas of softball including hitting, fielding and catching. I look forward to working with you!
