I incorporate my training as a health and lifestyle coach into yoga in order to focus on self-awareness, forgiveness, gratitude and love. Additionally, I draw from other modalities from traditional mat yoga - including the use of aerial hammocks (aerial yoga), kinesiological stretching, PNF and other flexibility tools in order to make each practice unique. My intention is to receive all students with an open heart and create a challenging and invigorating practice.

Hi! I'm Amanda and I'm a yoga and aerial teacher. I love connecting with students from all backgrounds. I enjoy a personalized approach and draw from so many disciplines, including traditional mat yoga, aerial yoga, kinesiological stretching, PNF stretching, and functional range conditioning. My approach is intended to give you what you need to gain flexibility, strength, and balance of the body and mind.
