Curios about DJing, but not sure where to start? With years of experience, I will teach you the basics of DJing in a relaxed and fun atmosphere. We will work on techniques such as track blending, effects, loops, as well as music sourcing and organizing your library and equipment set up.

I am a Ukrainian native, based in Chicago. Fluent in Ukrainian and Russian. I provide a relaxed and fun environment for everyone that comes to my studio.
I have a B.A. in Translation between Ukrainian, Russian and English and hold a TEFL Certificate.
My DJing career started in the underground scene. I've been playing in various cities across the country and overseas. I have released several compositions on various record labels as well. My main focus is electronic music.
I will teach you the techniques, pairing, music selection, working with software and organizing your music, equipment pros and cons.

Alina is so fun, smart, and easy to work with. She has a natural talent for music, people, and is patient which makes her a wonderful instructor as she helps guide you through the learning experience. In a few short lessons with her I have learned far more than I thought I could ever in writing digital music. Getting to work with such a person has really sparked a passion. In myself to learn and dedicate more time to it. Her knowledge, experience, skills and passion truly make her an asset to any person looking to grow musically in composition or live performance.
