I am a diverse musician who loves sharing my passion for music. Not only am I a professional jazz pianist who studied classical music with renowned concert pianists at the University of Houston, I am also a professional film composer in Los Angeles where I received my Masters in Screen Scoring from the University of California. Although I have many different areas of expertise, the common thread that unites them is a holistic understanding of music, authentic musical performance, and a curiosity to grow musically. As someone who writes music for 90-piece orchestras, jazz bands, or even a musical theater number, I pride myself on being able to meet the needs of literally any student. No matter the music. Whether it's heavy metal rock riffs, classical sonatas, or jazz improvisation, I have made my living writing and performing all of the above.
