I am Yoga Alliance Certificated Yoga instructor. I have seen people from all walks of life grow both physically and spiritually. Teaching Yoga is my passion. I provide both private and group services at a variety of studios and locations, and I am also an instructor at LA Fitness.  I cover everything from Chakra alignment to chair yoga classes. I also guide group meditation classes which helpful for someone who experiencing stress, anxiety, and overactive mind.

My name is Alena and I am Yoga Alliance Certificated Yoga instructor. Starting from 2016 I provide both private and group services at a variety of studios and locations. I teach at LA Fitness, Ideal Fitness, and Sunshine Studio.

Alena is great yoga instructor who is a natural at teaching and genuinely caring for health and wellbeing of her students. I have taken many yoga classes, both in private yoga studios and in fitness centers, and can confidently say that Alena is one of very few best instructors who can help you to become healthier, well-balanced, and happier person. Every time I join her yoga practice I feel de-stressed, de-stiffed, and energized. Alena is also great at customizing her sessions to individual needs and capabilities, either adding an extra workout or suggesting more gentle alternatives. And, the last but not the least – I am in love with her meditation sessions!
