Hi, my name is Abi. I'm an University Professor. I've been teaching Piano (Classical, Jazz, Latin & Blues), Jazz Harmony, Song Writing, Film Scoring and History of Music since 1993. I have a Master Degree in Jazz Piano Performance from San Jose State University. My GPA at SJSU was 4.0. I love to teach music and improvised Piano styles in a way the student could really relate with the logic and essence of this beautiful Art Form and be aware of his/her own skills' development in the process. Everyone has a different pulse/rhythm and pace; hence, I don't believe in an hard template when it matters to teaching. I DO believe in an unique personal and proactive approach of the teaching/learning process. Only you decide what and when to learn, and how far you want to go with your music.
