I've had twenty years of piano and vocal practice, ten of those years with classical training. Music is my passion. When it comes to lessons, I feel that if a student isn't enjoying himself, true learning can't take place. Confident students who are supported and heard tend to perform well and take away more from the experience. I'm a big believer in being patient with students; taking the time to get to know them so that I can best tailor their lessons to their own individual goals. Students will be encouraged to play what they want to learn, and will receive classical training that will prepare them for anything they choose. While I strive to work with students and give them the opportunity to design some of their own lessons, I also want to make sure that parents are involved every step of the way and can weigh in on the progress of their children. Each week the student will make progress and gain a confidence in their ability that they can take home and share with the family.

I arranged this version of the popular Natasha Bedinfield song as a duet for a showcase at Abilene Christian University. The other singer is Ms. Arielle Collier, a vocal performance major from Dallas.
