Hi, there! My name is Shanna and I can't wait to meet you! I've been teaching private lessons since 2013 and have loved helping my students find their self worth, joy in yoga and exercise, and flexibility. I went to The Lotus Seed and FVSM and earned a degree in yoga, personal training and massage in 2013 & 2016. I'm an outgoing and responsible person and my teaching style is open, warm, and supportive. I look forward to helping you reach your goals!
