Colour my Days

I organize heal the inner child weekend workshops across the globe. During the workshop attendees get in touch with their inner-child and learn to acknowledge how past pain is sabotaging their daily lives. Participants get the tools to maintain awareness of their feelings to learn how to stay balanced when adversities arise.

Hire a buddy

I offer coaching with a twist for people who suffer from loneliness. During the therapy sessions which include an activity such as cooking, walking or singing, the client feels more connection and is able to open quicker about what is causing the loneliness. Besides getting more self-awareness the student also learns new tasks or new places, thus creating a double positive experience in therapy.

Atma Center

As a yoga teacher I gave lessons on poses and the benefits of them for both body and mind. In addition, I gave meditation instructions which included as well the benefits of mantra singing.

CSS

I gave English lessons to teenage French students which were designed with activity and repetition so that the students would get confidence in speaking and utilizing English and thus learn faster.

Three intensive courses obtained in one year. Essence is aimed for discovery of one's dynamics with the surrounding world. Source teaches about how to understand one's own feelings. Beyond Doubt is putting in practice of Essence and Source.
