As a teacher it is my responsibility to identify a students strengths and weakness so in my course expect to strengthen those weakness while accentuating strengths in performance. Expect increase in technical ability and growth in knowledge and sensibility.

I am a classically trained pianist looking to help those that want to grow in knowledge of the instrument practically and theoretically. Although, classically trained my goal is to tailor my instruction based on your personal goals. I am versed in multiple genres such as pop, jazz, and classical music. I am currently in pursuit of my Bachelors of Science in Music Theory & Composition at Wayne State University.

One of the best lessons I've had to date!

Robert is a phenomenal instructor of the piano. His appeal to the crowd of individuals who would like to learn about the instrument or just to brush up on the instrument is unlike any other.

All I can say is wow! I found this guy when I was browsing TakeLessons with my friend Jessie. He's awesome! Very knowledgeable and technologically savvy. He helped me store my music in the Cloud in order to practice later. No Strife, no problems, everything was fine.

There are people in my neighborhood that may not attempt to understand, nor are they included in the overall plan of my life. They just don't get it. But when I began working with Robert, I knew he totally understood that I am capable of shining. :)

There are people who teach.... and there are people who encourage you to be the best version of yourself. Robert is both of these. I've been able to work with so many artists (including the likes of John Mayer, Jonathan (Def Jam Artist), and even Jon B.  I am so blessed to have him as a vocal instructor. Keep up the great work my man!

Robert is an amazing teacher. He's extremely patient (it takes me a long time to learn) and very prompt. He gave me his full, undivided attention and I felt like I really mattered. He's the only person I trust to teach me everything I need to know musically. And he's immensely talented.
