first off we will do a fitness assessment where we test body fat as well as take measurements and check weight. then your first personal training session is complimentary. we will go through a workout that matches you training zone, workout experience, and level. i take my training seriously because you results are my results. i want you to succeed in your journey. I hold you accountable for workouts as well as your nutrition.

I take what I do personally. I am available 24/7 for my clients. we are not two individuals working towards a goal we are a team.I also train out of a gym that is open 24/7 Located in Lorain and also in Strongsville, Ohio.
I love watching people grow, become happier in their own skin. become more confident and aware of  themselves as an individual.
