    An amazing Martial Arts teacher changed my life as a child. That sparked a dream deep in my heart to one day be a teacher and transform others live's as well. For thirty years, I have lived that dream of teaching men, women and children of all ages. I own Nottingham Sword & Shield Security and USA Martial Arts & Kickboxing Phoenix. You may have heard of us from our numerous news and media features, BullyProofing, or Personal Protection talks. I invite you to check our my team's award-winning martial arts and life skills lessons at our Phoenix Academy. We specialize in building confident leaders with the strength to stand up for what is noble.
