Play songs you like! Private lessons are customized to suit your goals. Some of my former students have gone on to become professionals, some just like to play music with their friends.

I have been playing guitar since childhood. I gave lessons in Washington, DC for fourteen years, averaging sixty students per week. I moved to Key West in 1995, and performed there for twenty-two years.  I recently moved to Dunedin, and perform around the Tampa Bay area.
I like letting the student choose the music I teach.  It is fun to learn songs you like, and after all, the same notes are used in all types of music.

Great professor and person.
It is unfortunate that I have developed some health problems that resulted in me having to interrupt the lessons.

It was mostly what you would expect. Enjoyable first lesson.
