I'm a musician, saxophonist, composer and arranger, and experienced music teacher/educator. I recently graduated with honors from the New School University for Jazz and Contemporary Music. My approach to working with students is to be generous and understanding while being an educator and mentor for them. My goal as a saxophone teacher is to get my students to be more familiar with the instrument by teaching them how to control and develop their sound, expression and different improvisation skills. My vision as a teacher is to help students translate their feelings into music; I consider music as therapeutic in that sense. I always thrive to inspire my students, but I also hope to be inspired by them. My life goal is to bring peace through music. For the last 13 years career as an active professional musician, I’ve been composing original music and arrange to a large variety of instrumentations that including strings quartet, brass, big band and more. Big part of it was cooperating with singer songwriter’s projects by composing, arranging, and reviewing their music, and performing with my original music in festivals and venues in Europe, Israel, and New York. I’m also a woodwind instrumentalist and a pianist.
