About Zachary T.

Hi, I'm Zachary but I go by "Zach." My story in baking and dessert making began more than twenty-five years ago with my close relationship with Michel Jambon, founder of the European chocolate company Jeff de Bruges. During my travels throughout France over the years, I developed my sense of style and tastes for dessert making and became passionate about the craft of working with fine chocolate and baking. I have a 5-start TripAdvisor and Yelp review and was recommended by Everyday with Rachel Ray magazine as a fun activity in baking and chocolate. I have worked with many beginners as well as advanced bakers. I look forward to working with you to help you develop your skills!
