I am a fun, energetic, and disciplined pianist and a teacher. I have performed in America, Asia, and Europe ever since I was 6. I currently teach a wide range of students from beginners to advanced. Whether you are in for fun or to develop your hidden skills, my aim as a teacher and a pianist is for you to build a better friendship with music.

I have graduated from Peabody Institute at Johns Hopkins University in Piano Performance with both Bachelor's and Master's. I have performed in Asia, America, and Europe. I am an active teacher of students at any level. 

I believe that teaching others is the best way to learn to teach yourself. Working with my students broaden my vision in my performance career. It is my pleasure to bring out my students' genuine interest in music for their life time. It can be simply note-reading or serious pursuit of piano playing- I provide customized lesson plans for each student.

I'm not someone who writes review but I had very good experiences with my high schooler's accompanist, Yesse.  My son, who plays cello went to the competitions with Yesse and he had such amazing results.   I defiantly think it was because of Yesse's professionalism.  She is not only terrific teacher but also inspiring accompanist.  I would highly recommend Yesse.

Yesse is a great teacher. My son has been taking lessons for over a year. He's grown and is really starting to progress. Yesse is great with helping him improve his technique.

Yesse is a great instructor; always patient with great attention to detail. She always makes me feel confident in my lessons and that has really allowed me to improve greatly. I really enjoy my lessons with Yesse and I feel like I'm always learning a lot with her!

Excellent instructor.  She was very patient and encouraging to my daughter who is very quiet.  She help to bring out the musician in her!
