La Cuisine is my huge passion in life. For the past 12 years I have learnt and developped many technics in the art of cooking and baking.

There is no greater pleasure than to cook a meal and share it with friends and family. This is why I want to teach French Cooking and Baking to other people, so they can feel this lovely feeling of satisfaction when you get back only empty plates after a meal.

Bonjour !

I was born and raised in a small town in West of France where the speciality is... a handkerchief! 

I have since lived in Belgium, Norway, Israel, Romania and now Texas following my husband who is a scientist. In every country, I taught French to several students and developped great tutoring skills from it. 

Beside teaching and science, my passion in life is cooking! I will be more than happy to share French recipes with you so you can feel and taste some of the French culture.

Yaelle  makes learning very interesting and fun. She communicates the material very well and also challenges  and encourages me to have confidence while speaking. She is a native of France and to me it is important to hear the vocabulary spoken with a true French accent.  I recommend her  very highly as a teacher.

I love working with Yaelle! She makes class fun and really pushes you to have confidence in speaking the language. You get full immersion with her, so you truly feel ready to join the French culture. I've learned to better read French, as well as understand the language. I highly recommend class with Yaelle.

She is a excellent teacher, friendly and very professional. I feel very comfortable during the lessons, because she makes learning easier. Her methodology is simple and clear. I'm very happy!

Yaelle makes me feel really comfortable whenever we meet. At first, I was kind of embarrassed to try and speak in another language, but she was able to get me to do it.  When she corrected me,  she was really nice about it.  I think I've made a lot of progress with her; she's a really good teacher!
