    I studied drum set at Berklee College of Music, and graduated in 2018 with a double-major in Drum Set Performance and Music Business. My passion for music and drumming began over 16 years ago and I have been teaching professionally for the last decade. I enjoy sharing the knowledge and love I have for music because music has truly brought so much joy into my life! I have toured across the United States and Canada playing in a funk band. While at Berklee, I had the amazing opportunity to perform with Grammy Award winning artists such as Gary Burton, Bill Frisell, and Victor Wooten.

    My 5yo son began playing the drums during the pandemic with Willis as his instructor. It's been wonderful to see him learn how to read and play music in such a short time. Willis has both the passion and patience to make it work remotely. If you're thinking about it for your kids, I would encourage you to take the leap!

    Will has an ability to very quickly adapt to the level of his student and tries (successfully) to find ways to make an immediate impact regardless of skill level. He has definitely done that with me. He very clearly has the depth of knowledge and experience necessary to teach both novice and experienced drummers alike. He also has a calm and patient demeanor that makes him very easy to be around. After just a few lessons (and some homework!) he has given me the confidence to continue pursuing my dream of being a drummer!
