I hold a piano performance major master degree in New York University and a Music education bachelor degree in Xi'an conservatory of Music in China. My working background includes serving as an adjunct teaching faculty in New York University Steinhardt, where I gained more than 1000 hours of teaching experience in two years. My students are undergraduate level non piano-major students coming from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds. I have experience of learning piano pedagogy for two years as I get my bachelor degree in Music Education. Then I put them into use when I was teaching. With a strong believe that learning music will benefit one’s whole lifetime, I’m devoted to promote music and hoping to bring happiness to all my students.
