I started teaching private flute lessons at the Music & Arts (Worthington) in September, 2018.

The Ohio State University Flute Workshop

I served as a camp counselor in flute teaching at The Ohio State University Flute Workshop in the past two years. I led section studies of music theory, small ensemble rehearsal, and gave performances at the Counselor Recital.

Yu-hua Elementary School

I taught general music, Chinese and Western instrumental history, and recorder playing at Yu-hua Elementary School as a volunteer teacher during my undergraduate studies.

Xi-Si Music Studio

At Xi-Si Music Studio, I taught both private flute lessons and flute ensembles.

Self-employed

Starting from 2012, I taught flute lessons privately for students aging from 9-35. I gained experience of teaching in all levels and enjoy introducing suitable repertoires for students in different levels. My key mission of teaching is to create the interest of music, and provide a positive learning experience for all my students.

The National Flute Association, founded in 1972, is the largest flute organization in the world.
