Victoria, started studying piano with R.K. Shen in the Suzuki program at Redlands Community School of Music (2003). Victoria began to compete in competitions, winning many: four time Overall Winner – University of Redlands’ Merit Award Auditions, 1st place-Inland Empire Piano Festival, and 1st place-Redlands Rotary Club Music Competition (to name a few). Victoria has participated in MTAC CM theory testing, passing the level 10 in 2015. In 2011, Victoria was accepted to Orange County School of Arts, Instrumental Music Conservatory for their Pianists’ Program where she studied under Dr. S. Baltaian, Dr. J. Huang, & Dr. Lazarus. She took courses in symphonic lit, theory, sight-reading, dictation, & partook in periodic masterclasses, solo recitals, & juries. As of now, Victoria is attending USC Thornton School of Music in order to pursue Music Composition and Biology.

She really clarifies all of my questions. With ear training, she gives me helpful hints on how to recognize intervals and scales of different types! She is also very caring and recognizes where my troubles are.
