Hi everyone,

I'm a graduate of the University of Texas RGV and hold a Bachler's in Music Performance degree. I currently work part time at a local music store teaching drum set and piano lessons where I've been doing so for the past 15 yrs. With this background, I have further planted my teaching roots into teaching elementary music, middle school beginner band and also marching percussion in the high school level. During these times, I've educated many students to learn many forms of hand percussion, melodically pitched percussion, piano and voice in their pursuit to artistry.

In regards to education, I insist that every one of my students learn to read basic music notation and grasp an understanding in music theory. With these foundational building blocks, you can further venture into my favorite form of musical expression in composing.

Speaking of composing, I currently am active with my own band in the rock/metal genre and utilize my music education on the daily to achieve success in every aspect of my life. You can too and I will make sure you will definitely reach your goal in performing excellence to your utmost ability.
