Piano with Van Z.

Hello music students and fellow music admirers. I am Van. I have been playing the piano for over a decade and I love it! I strongly believe that the piano is a very beautiful instrument, but unfortunately it can be difficult to learn how to play at times. That is where I would like to help. If you are just starting out and need information and guidance, or have already started learning, have gotten stuck, and need encouragement, I would love to help you. I try to get to know about how the student learns and what their style is, then work with that style and provide supplemental information to support and develop that style. I have studied formally under piano teachers for over a decade and have studied informally for most of my life. I am very patient and try to simplify difficult topics like music theory.
