    Whether you're working on a drama, comedy or something in between, lessons with me can get you to where you want to be. During these lessons we will work on various techniques such as emotional preparation, character study, physical acting, improvisation and more. Come as you are...leave as your character!

    About Valerie A.

    I grew up with music in my soul. I put myself in any and all situations that would involve music or theater. I performed in multiple shows a year, sang in a number of choirs, wrote and recorded many songs, and just played piano and sang any chance I got! After college I decided to work in a school setting and realized it just wasn’t what I was looking for. I taught piano, voice and theater lessons for years, but in 2013 I started what I now call V. Altman Music and I’ve loved every minute of it!
