Classical Piano with Trentin A.

Hello, my name is Trentin Alford and I’m a vocalist and pianist. Now I’m sure you all are wondering why should you pick me as a teacher so let me tell you about my music background. I’ve been singing since I was 6 but started getting trained when I started my freshman year at Baltimore School for the Arts. When you go to that school you become classically trained. From going to that school I’ve learned how to read music and sing correctly. But once I got there I had to take mandatory piano classes so I could learn how to pluck out the notes in my vocal piece to learn it and to do vocal warm ups in every key. After like 2 years went by I started having a strong interest in piano music which made me want to be able to do more than pluck notes, only be able to play basic pieces and do warmups so I started having private piano lessons closer to the end of my 10th grade year and now I’m out of school. I graduated in June. Over the few years of having lessons on piano I’ve improved a whole lot and now playing pieces that I once thought I never could. I am currently working on two pieces and they are “Brahms rhapsody in G minor” and “Chopin nocturne op.27 no.2”. So with that being said, if allowed, I would like the chance to teach you all I know and make you capable to play beautiful piano pieces and overall become a great musician.
