    I've been teaching and playing professionally for over 30 years. I take great care to make sure each student gets what they need to really enjoy music on the guitar. Each student has different musical styles they like and each has different abilities. I work with each student to focus on his or her strengths at the speed they can go at. Music is very personal to each of us and I keep that in mind when teaching. I work with all ages from 10 to ?. Each has tremendous ability to produce music when they work at it. Just 15 minutes everyday will give you fun and musical progress. I perform nationally and I can actually play the material I teach. I can make it real for you too. I have my blues and jazz bands highly active along with 12 CDs and international performances with the greatest musicians on earth. The qualifications are there and all I need is you to come and learn with me.

    Wonderful guitar teacher! Very knowledgeable and informative about everything guitar and music theory galore! Patient, skilled and awesome teacher with a wealth of knowledge! Fun and laid back lessons make learning with Tom a breeze! Highly recommend for all ages!

    Tom is an excellent music teacher. He has been teaching our granddaughter classical guitar and we have been very pleased. I taught instrumental and vocal music in the public schools. I also taught strings at the Arts School . He is well educated in the music field and has had so much performing experience so he has a very well rounded background, I think you would be very pleased to study with Tom.
