The guitar is a wonderful instrument. I have been tutoring in-person and online for the last 10 years. In that time I've found teachable moments to be the most rewarding part of education. My methodology is to use the basics as a frame of reference for student directed learning. So we will look at what you find most interesting as our goal. Lesson plans will be structured around reaching your specific wants. Every lesson will have small achievable goals, so effort will never feel pointless. My passion is the basics of music because it continually reflects our own personal sound in more advanced music. You'll feel good about putting your own spin on music that you play/read as you practice more and more fundamentals.
