My name is Terri Morgan. I am one of the founders of the Wudang Research Association. I am a three-time international taiji and internal martial arts champion and teacher. I started my taiji studies learning traditional Yang style with Master Huang Weilun in Miami from 1984-1989. I studied traditional Wu style briefly with Master Johnny Kwong Ming Lee. I attended workshops and open class with Grandmaster Yang Zhendou and Madam Wong Zhurong. Then, in 1990, I went to China and met Professor Liu Yuzeng in Zhengzhou. I have studied with him ever since. This year marks 30 years. I've judged at the international level and organized national events. I am fluent in Mandarin Chinese and can translate for the English/Chinese pair.
