I have been playing the violin for more than 20 years but my love for teaching started about 10 years ago! I became fascinated with teaching as not only I have learned so much about myself as a musician and person but most importantly I have learned how to help my students become better musicians. As we are all so different, I believe in exploring and experimenting with the way we learn. My approach to teaching the violin is based on the student's needs, desire, and, finding the best way to help them develop as musicians. I do not use a specific method of teaching as I believe one needs to be flexible and malleable with each individual student. I work with each student until we get the results desired.

Tania has been so amazing. We have only had one in home session before the COVID-19 restrictions came about. She has basically had to teach both myself and my daughter how to tune and play the violin. Her patience and creativity have been so helpful. My daughter is 6, and her attention span is not the greatest. I really appreciate Tania's patience and ability to keep her focused and engaged.
