 Practicing these arts is a great tool for improving one's health and gaining skills of self defense. Each student will have a personal experience catered to their skill and learning style. Everyone has their own way of learning and own reason to focus self development.

I am here to share my experience and help you find your healthy and use your creativity to find yourself in the arts.

This is a style that gives you skills for controlling situations throughout life If applied properly.

I am the founder of a Martial Arts studio established in 2004. I am trained in archery and sword arts. My focus is Tai Chi. My students will learn the true art of self defense while engaging in physical exercise combined with strength  and mental focus.
