I have been playing the trumpet since 1971. I have performed in elementary, high school, and college bands. I have performed in junior and senior drum and bugle corps. I performed in the U. S. Army Band for three years. I am a certified music teacher and I have taught music in public schools for 27 years. I am recently retired and have flexible hours. Trumpet is my primary instrument but I am comfortable teaching any band or orchestra instrument.

Hi! I am a recently retired band director. Although my primary instrument is trumpet, I am comfortable teaching any band or orchestra instrument. I can help you further your skills in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. I teach any level student from beginners through intermediate and advanced students.
