Hey everyone! I am so glad that you are considering taking lessons with me. I have been teaching guitar, drums, and how to play in a band, for many years now. I have been a part of many different bands at different Christian churches. My style of playing music is alternative rock, mostly because I grew up listening to Switchfoot, Relient K, and tons of contemporary Christian worship music. I also listened to a lot of Linkin Park! This summer I got to help teach a summer rock band at Bach2Rock, teaching kids how to play "I Want You Back" by Jackson 5 and "We Will Rock You" by Queen. It expanded my capacity as a teacher and I had lots of fun in the process. And the kids came away with great camp memories as well as rock band experience. I am so excited to get to teach you, get to know you, and have a great time playing music together. I am very easy going and love answering any questions you may have in our lesson times. Blessings!
