Masters of Music in Saxophone Performance

Learn to play the saxophone with ease through lessons from a world-class instructor.

Why do you want to play saxophone? Are you a beginner and want to learn it for school? Looking for a new hobby? Want to get into the state band? Or maybe you're looking for something more serious? Whatever your goal may be, I am here to help :) I have a very detailed curriculum that my students go through. I pick studies that will help push you to being a better player. These include both jazz and classical saxophone. I also like having my students pick a piece they want to work on at the same time!

    About Stephen T.

I recently graduated the Boston Conservatory with a Bachelors of Music in Saxophone Performance. I finished Cum Laude along with a minor in Philosophy. I am continuing my education at Boston University to get a Masters in Music for saxophone performance. I pitch to my students to live a very balanced lifestyle. Music is made through life experiences; there is no need to spend it practicing 6 hours a day. Personally, I spend lots of time playing basketball and at the gym to keep healthy. I love going out and enjoying nature as well! I want my students to understand music on a deep emotional level, and that doesn't mean spending all your time on the instrument. Instead, take some time to just think :)
