Blues Guitar with Stephen B.

Hi! My name is Stephen. I am a recent college graduate and professional guitar player and singer. I am in a local DC band called "So.Dakota"- we play a lot of venues around the DMV area. I have several years of teaching experience to all ages and all people. I am incredibly flexible in the speed and content of the lessons depending on the specific student's needs, but I will tell you that no matter what, you will get better each week! Guitar is an incredibly fun and satisfying instrument to learn, but it takes some practice. I am here to encourage you and help you in anyway I can so you meet your goals! As long as you do your best and (try to) have a great time, I guarantee you will learn a lot from me! I am a very patient person, so please never feel like you are disappointing, not doing well enough, or want to quit. Half the battle with guitar is being encouraged, and I am here to be your cheerleader/teacher. I love and can play most if not all types of music-so you get to decide what we play. Whether it be Metallica or Taylor Swift, I can get you rockin' in no time. I hope to see you soon!
