Sofia Schutte is a dedicated teacher and performer. With experience of over 17 years of playing violin, she has performed in venues all across the United States, South, Central America and Europe.
Sofia is available to give online and at-home lessons. She has experience teaching at any level, from beginning to advanced students.
Sofia's teaching aims to provide efficient and interactive learning to students all ages so that they can develop to the best of their abilities.
Sofia studied Violin Performance and the University of Minnesota under the tutelage of Ms. Sally O'Reilly.

As a dynamic exchange, Sofia imparted a masterclass for my students at the Escuela Comunal de Música de Orosi in Cartago, Costa Rica.
It was a very musically enriching experience for each of my kids, who are litle by little growing as violinists.
Sofia provided a great variety of recommendations through her knowledge as interpreter and teacher as well as cautivated everyone in the room with her passion and energy for music.
Sofia is definitely an excellent guide to learn how to play violin and the musical skills it entails.
