I am a soprano with 10 years of music education and training. I began my music education at Hunter College at the age of 18. I began by studying "25 Arts songs for Soprano however moved to studying roles such as barbina, Servilla, and Cleopatra. I am currently studying roles such as Fiordiligi, Líu, La Wally, Countess and others. Due to the wide range of my voice, I am able to play both lyric and more spinto roles. I am musically versatile but have an affinity for lieder and spirituals. I sing classical music as well as some r&b. I also specialize in worship music. As a teacher, I work well with both children as well as adult beginners to some more intermediate. I also have a social work background and a lot of experience working with special needs children. I am excellent teacher for children with behavioral issues. My main focus is to get a student singing as much as possible and to share my enjoyment of music.
